A run through of all the tools required to tie Shumakov Tubes. How to tie Shumakov tubes without a dedicated tube fly vice, preparing Shumakov Tubes and descriptions of all the types of tubes in the Shumakov range.

Chapter2
We begin with tying a collie Dog Variant on a Shumakov Bottle Tube. Learning the basic skills to tie on this exciting new product range.

Chapter 3
We start to increase our use of materials and learn how to prepare Arctic Fox for use in hair wings to produce the highly effective Golden Shrimp Tube Fly.

Chapter 4
Furthering the tying knowledge we have already acquired we increase the number of wings and hackles to produce one of Steve's favourites - The B52

Chapter 5
Using all the skills obtained throughout this instructional video we culminate for the final tying pattern - The Pinocchio Variant -A real favourite Salmon catching fly for all Salmon Fly Fishers.

About the Tyer
Steve Beacall has been teaching fly tying for many years. Some of his current patterns are available through CudaFly and Crystal River. Steve promoted Shumakov tubes for Firefly products tying at the British Fly Fair, Steve is also a level 2 GAIA fly fishing instructor.
