Caddis flies have been successful on both rivers and Stillwater's for trout for centuries. This particular pattern has a body of dubbed CDC and a spun wing of CDC and yellow partridge. This fly has been very successful on both the river Dee in north Wales and many North West Stillwater fisheries. Tied with Petitjean CDC
