Postage, Shipping and Handling
All shipping is sent by Royal mail first class registered post. This ensures that all orders are received by the customer ASAP. As all packages have to be signed for we can also 'TRACK' your item should it go missing. Where possible, items ordered by 3.00 pm are usually dispatched the same day.
Delivery can be made to an address other than the cardholders (such as a work address or for sending gifts). We will normally include the receipt with goods unless asked to do otherwise - please use the 'delivery instructions' box on checkout to make such requests.
Shipping and handling is charged for UK destinations at a flat rate of £3.49.
Shipping and handling is charged for European destinations at a flat rate of £6.99.
Shipping and handling is charged for all other destinations at a flat rate of £7.99.
Heavy or large items will have a shipping and handling surcharge per item. The details of which will be shown on those items in question within the site.
Overseas Purchases
Whilst we will ship abroad it is important to note that we are not responsible for any Customs or territorial Regulations within the buyer's country. The buyer is fully responsible to ensure that goods before purchase/buying are permitted into their country especially for some fly tying products such as feathers and natural materials. Please be aware that although all items on the CudaFly website are legally permissible for sale in the UK some countries may not permit importation. We are not liable for duties or losses, nor will any of our shipping companies if goods are confiscated by custom authorities due to local regulations and laws in the buyer's jurisdiction. This is especially relevant for products destined outside of the EU. If in doubt check with your local custom agency before purchasing.

All we require under this guarantee is that you wrap it safely and securely and pay for the return postage. All items must be received by us in a 'saleable' condition intact, complete and unused. All instructions and original packaging must be included and items undamaged. Any partially used items such as tying materials will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. CudaFly and Barracuda wil not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Should items be returned due to a manufacturing fault we will return your items to the supplier for investigation and will be under the manufacture's guarantee. If the item is found to be at fault a full refund (excluding the cost of delivery) or replacement will be given. However should it be deemed that the fault has been due to mishandling then CudaFly will not be held responsible for replacement of such items. If a refund is to be due to be issued monies will be transferred ASAP however please allow up to 30 days for ammount to be returned.
