Delivery - If ordered by 3 p.m. we endeavour to dispatch the same day if items are in stock (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). All items are shipped first class signed for. Out of stock items - Should your items be out of stock we do not back order or substitute unless under instruction by you, our customer.
